an online sales service brought to you by Roco Boutique.
We pride ourselves on customer service and we aim to fulfil
all online orders placed, however in some instances we reserve the
right to reject your order.- If the item is out of stock. (Items in your shopping basket
are not reserved, and unfortunately there is a possibility
of the item being sold before your purchase is completed).
- If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
- If we identify a product or pricing error.
- If we suspect there is any form of fraudulent activity.
- At our discretion.
Should any of the above issues arise we will contact you directly,
and as quickly as possible, to resolve the problem.
Upon placing your order we will send you an email which will
provide you with the exact details of your order, and the amount
to be debited from credit/debit card. This is simply an
acknowledgement of the order and should not be considered as a
confirmation of the order. Once we have accepted and processed
your order we will send you email to let you know your item has
been dispatched.
