For online purchases we are happy to offer a full refund
for items that are unsuitable. Under the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you must advise us in
writing, within 7 days of receipt to ROCO, 101 High Street,
Holywood, Co.Down, Northern Ireland, BT18 9SA or via email to email@example.com. Please include your order number in any correspondence. The
item must be returned at your cost and within 14 days of receipt.
We recommend that you return the item using a traceable postage
service, as Roco cannot accept any liability for returned items
lost in transit.
Returned items must be unworn, in a saleable condition and
with all original designer labels and Roco labels attached. Many
of the items we sell are delicate in their nature so please take
care when you are trying on as items that show any sign of
misuse, (including perfume, makeup or jewellery pulls), will be
returned to the customer.
All items are quality inspected before dispatch, if you
receive an item that you believe is damaged please contact us
immediately on (028) 9042 3937 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing
fault), we are happy to offer a repair where possible or an
exchange if the same style is available.
Should you wish to exchange an item for another size
please contacts us immediately and we will do our utmost to
arrange this as quickly as possible.
